In his career, Charles Rouleau represented North American largest dehumidification and/or Restoration Corporations. MUNTERS for 4 years, he started the Water Damage Recovery Division and was Business Development Manager and Project Manager in Eastern Canada. CDT INTENATIONAL for 2 years, he was Business Development Manager and Project Manager for Eastern Canada and also project manager in the U.S.A. for the hurricane season. 1 year as General Manager for the Commercial Water Damage Recovery Division.
