Bilingual, bachelor in Communications (Public Relations) from the University of Ottawa.  Acquired a rare and solid expertise in document and building dehumidification. He is very familiar with both dehumidification approaches: desiccant and refrigerant. Eight years ago, in 2000, Charles Rouleau was the first Project Manager to sell and manage building drying projects with desiccant dehumidifiers in Eastern Canada.


For eleven years, he managed major and minor losses involving water throughout North America in the following fields:

After 12 years of selling and managing many dehumidification projects; Charles  project management always been successful. NONE OF HIS PROJECTS ENDED WITH MOULD PROBLEM, NONE!

 
In his career, Charles Rouleau represented North American largest dehumidification and/or Restoration Corporations. MUNTERS for 4 years, he started the Water Damage Recovery Division and was Business Development Manager and Project Manager in Eastern Canada. CDT INTENATIONAL for 2 years, he was Business Development Manager and Project Manager for Eastern Canada and also project manager in the U.S.A. for the hurricane season. 1 year as General Manager for the Commercial Water Damage Recovery Division.
